Use OpenPLS from your AI assistant
Connect OpenPLS to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client and build, run and interpret PLS-SEM models right in a conversation. The analysis runs on the real OpenPLS engine, in your own account — so the numbers are real, not guessed by the model.
Build models by talking
Describe your theory — "trust drives satisfaction drives loyalty" — and the assistant maps indicators to constructs and lays out the paths.
Run real PLS-SEM
It calls the actual OpenPLS engine: R² per construct, path coefficients with p-values and f², reliability, SRMR and goodness-of-fit. No hallucinated numbers.
Read & interpret results
Ask which paths are significant or whether the model fits — grounded in the real output, with a link back to the visual editor.
Your account, your data
The connector acts in your own OpenPLS account and only touches projects you own. Revoke access anytime.
Set it up
Option 1 — One click (OAuth)
Works in Claude (web) and ChatGPT — approve once and you're connected. The server speaks OAuth, so the client discovers the sign-in automatically.
- Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Set the URL to
https://mcp.openpls.app/mcpand click Add. - Click Connect and approve access to your OpenPLS account.
- Go to Plugins, then Add → Add custom MCP server.
- Name: OpenPLS · Server URL:
https://mcp.openpls.app/mcp· Authentication: OAuth. - Tick "I understand and want to continue", click Create as a plugin, then approve access to your OpenPLS account.
Option 2 — Config-based clients (Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop)
- In OpenPLS, go to Account → Security → Access tokens and create a token. Copy it.
- Add the server to your client's MCP config, using the token as a bearer header:
{
"mcpServers": {
"openpls": {
"url": "https://mcp.openpls.app/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer <your-token>" }
}
}
} You can revoke a connection or token anytime under Account → Security. Prefer to keep data fully offline? The open-source engine also ships a local MCP server that runs on your machine.
